Truly Unique Hair was born several years back as I  pondered what to do with my own hair. I went to my attic where I stored my hair and as I stood looking at the sea of bags containing Afro Kinky Human Hair and loose Human Hair in my attic. I decided that  it was time for a change. I wanted a a weave. I weave that would let me look as  effortlessly fabulous as Janet or Tyra. Having worn my hair in various natural styles for almost a decade I was well acquainted with where to go to get hair and who did the best job in braiding. I figured how hard could it be to find out that same information for weaves

However the  world of weaving was different.  The women in this world kept things a secret. Where they got their Hair? Who did their hair? What products or tools they used to support or enhance their hair. 

I reflected on how I had accumulated the hair and reflected on the things I had learned with each purchase.  Some things good and some things bad. I realized that finding "good" hair that lasted and stood the test of time, as well as finding the correct products to support the hair often turned into work or a task. People in the Natural Hair world  were honest open and forth right.

The latest part of the saga  are my  current adventures in Lace Wigs. The good wigs versus the Bad wigs. The Good Hair versus the Bad Hair. The safest adhesives versus the dangerous adhesvies.
