If you notice wig with a manufacture defect, please contact us immediately and
we will send you a Return Authorization Code and return form to include with
your shipment back to us. We will not accept any returns without an Return Authorization
Code

Wigs will be exchanged or reworked as long as they are in the original condition
with all tags intact within 5 DAYS of receipt. If the wig has been worn or
make-up on the lace or has been trimmed we CAN NOT exchange for sanitary
reasons.
CANCELED ORDERS:
Stock Sized Units and Products: Canceled orders will be subject to a 45%
restocking fee.
Canceled orders consist of any order that has been picked and packed, including
orders that have not been shipped out yet, or orders that have been refused by
the receiver upon delivery.
Custom Units : Canceled orders will be subject to a 60% restocking fee.
All Stocked Sized Units with hair lengths longer than 18" and/or more than
2 colors are considered a semi-custom unit. Immediately after your order is
placed the construction of your new custom wig begins. Constructing a wig can
take anywhere from 6 hours or up to 6 -8 weeks depending on the hair and materials used. 50% restocking fee
covers part of the expenses used to construct your wig. Selling a restocked custom wig is difficult. In most cases it will
listed as a closeout item. Sorry no refunds or exchanges for discounted or sale units store credit only.

Immediately after your class is scheduled your instructor is hired and supplies
are purchased. In some cases instructors are flown in to teach your class
depending on availability.
FRAUDULENT CHARGEBACK
POLICY:
Truly Unique Hair, LLC
does not tolerate credit card fraud. No expense will be spared and all fraud,
without exception, will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. The charge
that will appear on YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT will be “Truly Unique Hair LLC..”
If you place a chargeback with your credit card company (on purpose or by
mistake) for any order that you placed and received, there will be a $200.00
research fee charged to your account upon receiving the chargeback by our
merchant provider to cover our investigative expenses to prove that you did
make the purchase. In addition, we will pursue civil legal action seeking any
loss of income related to the fraud, including business, legal fees, research
costs, employee down time and loss of revenues. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE - If
you do not remember making the purchase - call the number on your statement
next to the charge BEFORE calling your bank.
FRAUDULENT CHARGES - STOLEN CREDIT CARD PURCHASES
We log IP strings on all orders - any orders coming back as a chargeback due to
fraudulent activities will be diligently pursued through your local
jurisdiction for prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. If you have been
a victim of a fraudulent charge, please cancel your credit card and fax a copy
of your filed police report (908) 468-3816.
Truly Unique Hair LLC ( www.trulyunique-hair.com) considers credit card charge
backs to be fraud if you have made no reasonable effort to notify us by phone
that a problem existed, or to resolve or clarify a situation or matter. All frivolous
chargebacks not only cost our employees time away from our usual and customary
matters of conducting normal business, but cost us money. The customer must attempt to return any and all merchandise to 900 Park
